By downloading or using Deenie ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. بتنزيل تطبيق Deenie ("التطبيق") أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who access it through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع مستخدمي التطبيق، بما في ذلك المستخدمون الذين يصلون إليه عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play Store.
About Deenie عن Deenie
Deenie is an Islamic app providing Quran reading, Tajweed learning, prayer times, Qibla direction, Athkar, and personal reflection journaling. The App is provided by Ahmed Alabbas, trading under the name mindofahmed ("we," "us," or "our"). Deenie تطبيق إسلامي يوفر قراءة القرآن الكريم، وتعلّم التجويد، وأوقات الصلاة، واتجاه القبلة، والأذكار، ويوميات التدبر الشخصي. يُقدَّم التطبيق من قِبَل أحمد العباس، المعروف باسم mindofahmed ("نحن" أو "لنا" أو "خاصتنا").
Permitted Use الاستخدام المسموح به
You may use Deenie for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to: يُسمح لك باستخدام Deenie للأغراض الشخصية غير التجارية فقط. توافق على عدم:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App إجراء هندسة عكسية أو فك تجميع أي جزء من التطبيق
- Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ضار
- Attempt to extract or scrape Quran text or audio content from the App in bulk محاولة استخراج أو جمع نص القرآن أو المحتوى الصوتي من التطبيق بشكل مجمّع
- Distribute, resell, or sublicense access to the App or its content توزيع أو إعادة بيع أو منح ترخيص فرعي للوصول إلى التطبيق أو محتواه
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App إزالة أو تعديل أي إشعارات حقوق الملكية أو العلامات التجارية في التطبيق
Quran Content and Attribution محتوى القرآن والإسناد
The Quran text displayed in Deenie is sourced from the Al-Quran Cloud API and uses the Uthmani script. Audio recitations are provided by the Islamic Network via the same API. All Quranic content remains the word of Allah (ﷻ) and is presented with the utmost respect and care. يُستقى نص القرآن الكريم المعروض في Deenie من واجهة Al-Quran Cloud ويستخدم الرسم العثماني. تُقدَّم التلاوات الصوتية من خلال الشبكة الإسلامية عبر الواجهة ذاتها. يبقى محتوى القرآن كلامَ الله (ﷻ) ويُعرض بأقصى درجات الاحترام والعناية.
Prayer time calculations are performed on-device using the open-source Adhan library. Prayer times are estimates based on your location and standard calculation methods; they may differ slightly from your local mosque or authority. Always verify prayer times with your local Islamic center for obligatory prayers. تُحسَب أوقات الصلاة على جهازك باستخدام مكتبة Adhan مفتوحة المصدر. أوقات الصلاة تقديرية مبنية على موقعك وطرق الحساب المعيارية؛ وقد تختلف قليلًا عن مسجدك المحلي أو الجهة الدينية المختصة. احرص دائمًا على التحقق من أوقات الصلاة لدى مركزك الإسلامي المحلي للصلوات الفريضة.
Tajweed rules, lesson content, and explanations in the App are intended for educational purposes. We encourage users to seek guidance from qualified scholars and teachers for formal Quran learning. أحكام التجويد ومحتوى الدروس والشروح في التطبيق مُعدَّة للأغراض التعليمية. نشجع المستخدمين على طلب التوجيه من علماء ومعلمين مؤهلين لتعلّم القرآن الكريم بصورة رسمية.
Intellectual Property الملكية الفكرية
All original content in the App — including its design, graphics, user interface, and educational material — is the property of Ahmed Alabbas / mindofahmed and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. جميع المحتوى الأصلي في التطبيق — بما في ذلك التصميم والرسومات وواجهة المستخدم والمواد التعليمية — هو ملك لأحمد العباس / mindofahmed ومحمي بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر والملكية الفكرية المعمول بها.
The Quran text itself is in the public domain. Third-party content (API data, open-source libraries) remains subject to its own respective licenses. نص القرآن الكريم في حد ذاته ملك عام. يخضع محتوى الطرف الثالث (بيانات الواجهة البرمجية، والمكتبات مفتوحة المصدر) لتراخيصه الخاصة.
User Content محتوى المستخدم
Content you create in the App — such as journal entries (Tadabbur), notes, and bookmarks — is stored locally on your device and belongs to you. We do not access, transmit, or store your personal content on our servers. المحتوى الذي تنشئه في التطبيق — مثل مدخلات اليوميات (التدبر) والملاحظات والإشارات المرجعية — مخزّن محليًا على جهازك وهو ملك لك. نحن لا نصل إليه، ولا ننقله، ولا نخزّنه على خوادمنا.
You are solely responsible for any content you create and for maintaining backups of data you wish to preserve. أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن أي محتوى تنشئه، وعن الاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية من البيانات التي ترغب في حفظها.
Disclaimer of Warranties إخلاء مسؤولية الضمانات
Deenie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: يُقدَّم تطبيق Deenie "كما هو" و"كما هو متاح" دون ضمانات من أي نوع، سواء صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نضمن:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components أن يكون التطبيق غير منقطع أو خاليًا من الأخطاء أو الفيروسات أو المكونات الضارة
- Prayer times will be perfectly accurate for your specific location or calculation method preference أن تكون أوقات الصلاة دقيقة تمامًا لموقعك المحدد أو طريقة الحساب المفضلة لديك
- Quran content retrieved from third-party APIs will always be available أن يكون محتوى القرآن المسترجع من واجهات الطرف الثالث متاحًا دائمًا
- The App will meet your specific religious or scholarly requirements أن يلبّي التطبيق متطلباتك الدينية أو العلمية المحددة
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the App and its content. بالقدر الأقصى المسموح به بموجب القانون المعمول به، نُخلي مسؤوليتنا عن جميع الضمانات، الصريحة منها والضمنية، المتعلقة بالتطبيق ومحتواه.
Limitation of Liability تحديد المسؤولية
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahmed Alabbas / mindofahmed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. بالقدر الأقصى المسموح به قانونًا، لن يكون أحمد العباس / mindofahmed مسؤولًا عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية ناجمة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامه، حتى لو أُبلغنا بإمكانية حدوث مثل هذه الأضرار.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim. لن تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك عن أي مطالبة ناشئة عن هذه الشروط أو استخدامك للتطبيق المبلغَ الذي دفعته مقابل التطبيق (إن وجد) في الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة.
Third-Party Services خدمات الطرف الثالث
The App connects to third-party APIs to function. These services are independent of Deenie and subject to their own terms of service. Changes to These Terms التغييرات على هذه الشروط
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
